Shrike is the best-selling model of battle axe from RMJ Tactical Equipment Company. It is a military battle axe purchased by the US Marine Corps out of pocket. The axe body is made of 80crv2 high chromium molybdenum special steel, which is commonly used for aircraft transmission shafts, tank and bulldozer track pins. It has good fatigue resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance, and its integrated structure gives it excellent strength. The selective heat treatment process achieves a perfect combination of hardness and toughness. The main blade on one side of the axe is the cutting axe body, which performs breaking or chopping actions. The main blade part is specially reinforced for greater power. The axe whisker at the lower end of the main blade has also been sharpened, which can perform a pulling action after the main blade penetrates the target, hooking the target and expanding the wound area caused. The strong axe nail on the other side presents a bird beak shape, resembling eagle claws that can easily peck into the target, and from the perspective of local destructive power, it is much higher than the main blade.
